La Giunta e la "Maledizione di Castello"

Quella che vedete qui sopra è l'area di Castello, alla periferia Nord di Frenze, vicino all'Aeroporto di Peretola.
E' l'ultima area in cui può espandersi la Città di Firenze ed è al centro di molti interessi e molti appetiti.
Tutta l'Area appartiene a Fondiaria-Sai di Ligresti e in questi ultimi tempi molti eventi legati a quest'area stanno svolgendo i settori Politico ed Imprenditoriale della Città.
Prima i lavori, che dovrebbero trasformare quest'area in centro commerciale-residenziale ed istituzionale con tanto di Uffici Regionali, Provinciali e Comunali ed un grande parco verde. Poi l'interessamento dei fratelli Della Valle che vedono quest'area come la deputata ideale alla costruzione del Nuovo Stadio della Fiorentina con annessi e connessi, sullo stile degli stadi anglosassoni.
Quest'area rischia, però, di portare al capolinea in anticipo la Giunta Domenici che governa a Palazzo Vecchio.
Proprio all'indomani delle dichiarazioni dei Della Valle, fu costretto a dimettersi l'Assessore alla Cultura Gozzini per le sue improvvide ed ingiuriose frasi, pronunciate via radio, sui Della Valle e sulle possibili speculazioni nell'area di Castello.
Oggi sono arrivate quelle dell'Assessore all'Urbanistica Biagi, indagato dal 18 Novembre insieme all'Assessore alla Sicurezza e alla Vivibilità Graziano Cioni, in un'inchiesta della magistratura Fiorentina s presunti scambi di favori ed interessi privati nella gestione dell'area fra il Gruppo Fondiaria-Sai e Palazzo Vecchio.
Oggi i principali organi di stampa hanno riportato stralci di intercettazioni fra i protagonisti che pongono molti interrogativi e sembrano squarciare diversi veli.
Anche dell'Assessore Cioni sono state chieste le dimissioni ma lui non ha intenzione di darle anche perché essendo candidato alle Primarie del PD per il prossimo Sindaco di Firenze, rischierebbe, con un tale gesto, di uscire completamente di scena.
In attesa che si accertino le reali responsabilità la Giunta è in forte difficoltà e al centro di un fuoco, sia amico che di opposizione, imponente.
Il Sindaco continua a giurare sulla regolarità dell'operato della Giunta e degli Assessori coinvolti ma ciò potrebbe non bastare.
Sembra, comunque, che la magistratura stia andando abbastanza spedita nell'inchiesta.
Ci auguriamo che presto possa essere fatta vera luce sull'argomento e che si superi questa situazione di stallo. Lo sviluppo in quella zona è molto importante e rappresenta un'occasione che non vogliamo sia la solita sprecata.
